Question: (1) I already bought the Groupon, why do I have to pay again? (2) My Groupon was a gift to me. Why do I have to pay? (3) There is nothing stating that there is a fee to be paid to schedule an appointment. Why?
The booking fee has to be paid to secure the appointment. In the past, RRC has had many Groupon customers that have No Call No Showed for appointments, refunded Groupon vouchers AFTER their sessions or refunded the Groupon vouchers after rescheduling AND missing several appointments. Those practices were completely against the RRC Cancellation Policy. Therefore, at the advisement of a Groupon Representative, the booking fee was then implemented. Question: What happens to my booking fee or deposit? Do I get it back (a refund) after my session?
THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT REFUNDED. After your scheduled session, the booking fee becomes a tip for the therapist that performed your massage. In the past, RRC would refund the booking fee but when it was realized that Groupon clients were not leaving tips, according to the Groupon policy or at all, I had to guarantee a tip to any therapist that was paid to assist RRC with fulfilling the Groupon obligations.
Question: How do I schedule a couples massage?
On the booking page, the options for each couples session has a choice for Client #1 and Client #2 . You will be scheduling two (2) appointments. Please, note that you may not find both therapists available on the same day or at the same time on any given day. That is okay. Schedule Client #1 on the date and time that best fits your availability. In the Appointment Notes box, include the Groupon voucher code (found underneath the bar code NOT the long sequence of letters & numbers) and also include the expiration date. Then schedule the session for Client #2 where ever (meaning ANY DAY OR TIME) you can schedule them. In the Appointment Notes box, include the name of Client #1. Very important is this next step, TEXT RRC (313) 742-2458. Inform RRC if this date & time works for both Client #1 & #2. Clients can only schedule appointments from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Any times outside of the given time frame must be scheduled directly with an RRC therapist.
Question: I cannot find an appointment before my Groupon voucher expires?
Do not worry about the expiration date. Due to the fact that RRC appointments are scheduled, at minimum, 2 weeks to 30 days in advance, RRC is always booked up for months at a time. RRC recognizes this & has agreed to accept all expired vouchers for services from RRC.
Question: The date that I am trying to choose is not allowing me to schedule an appointment. Is there something wrong with your website?
No. There is nothing wrong with the website. If the date is shaded gray, then nothing is available on that date. If the entire month is shaded gray, then that month is booked up. Look for dates that are white with a blue date/number. Those are the only dates available during that month. Also, booking appointments can only be scheduled as far out as 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the setting at that time. No appointment can be scheduled within seven (7) days of the date that a customer is visiting the website. In other words, it is very rare that RRC can offer a same day appointment.

5. THE NUMBER YOU CALL IS A MOBILE PHONE HELD BY RETINA AND ANSWERED BY RETINA. WHEN PERFORMING MASSAGES THROUGHOUT THE DAY, CALLS CANNOT BE ANSWERED UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY. THIS MEANS THAT CALLS CANNOT BE RETURNED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
