RRC understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us, at minimum, 24-hour notice you will be charged a $10.00 fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have pre-paid for your massage you forfeit the full cost of the session for the missed appointment only. NO REFUNDS.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” All no-shows are treated in the same manner as an appointment cancelled without 24-hour advanced notice. Pre-paid sessions will be charged for their “missed” appointment in the same manner as well. NO REFUNDS.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the FULL COST of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. NO REFUNDS.
You have the option to reschedule your appointment if you have given a 24 hour advanced notice for a $15.00 rescheduling fee. You have three (3) opportunities to reschedule one (1) Cancelled-Missed-NCNS appointment which will result in a $15.00 rescheduling fee per incident. After missing or rescheduling three (3) consecutive appointments, ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PREPAID BEFORE NEXT APPOINTMENT CAN BE SCHEDULED.
